Large single storey rear extension to a Sussex detached property.

The plan for this design was to maximise the flow between the inside space and the garden, and so a 7.6m bifold rear door was included.

The extension featured a parapet wall; hiding the edge of the flat roof.

Due to the garden sloping up away from the property, the extension was cut into the land using a retaining wall. This meant a minimal impact on the neighbours, despite adding almost 60m2 of living space to the property.
