    ARCHITECTURE BY JAKE

    Based in Steyning since 2015, Architecture by Jake has helped with a wide variety of projects in and around Sussex (and sometimes further afield). Each and every project is developed using a 3D first methodology; allowing clients to truly see how their home will look.

    Covering everything from the initial architectural design, navigating through the planning approval process, and finally on to building regulations approval – Architecture by Jake can help with the entire process. Recent projects have included works to historically protected grade listed properties, right the way through to new build homes.

    FdSc: Construction Studies. BSc: Architectural Technology.
    Having studied in Brighton, and worked on properties in and around the South East - Jake now focuses predominantly on buildings in and around East / West Sussex. His specialism is in Architectural Design and 3D Visualisation - helping clients see exactly how the proposed works will look. This is a great aid in not only the design process, but also helps greatly in achieving a positive result when applying for Planning Permission.

    Design Assistant
    Italian Designer, with a degree in Industrial Design from the University of Venice; Belinda assists with surveys and design at Architecture by Jake. Her specialism is in Interior Design and Kitchen Design, having built an extensive knowledge after working in both Italy and the UK.
