Demolition of a small garage and construction of a two storey timber framed detached building.

This included a larger garage on the ground floor, and an artist studio on the first floor, complete with a bifold window.

Rather than a steel ridge beam, this building was built with a laminated timber glulam, which has been left exposed as an internal feature within the space.
